Doncaster have seen an unbeaten start to the campaign and picked up a point against Chesterfield and their first clean sheet of the season, this sees Rovers second a point in front of their opponents on the day.

Grimsby enjoyed a home victory over the then table toppers Hartlepool but the visitors drop to fifth following the defeat, the Mariners go third and remain unbeaten to date from their three fixtures, Richardson and Stead on target.

Huddersfield were two up at the break against Notts County, with 15 minutes remaining the Terriers added to their tally to seal the win and record their first victory of the season.

Two second half penalties from Elliott Sartorious ensured the Imps took the points against Scunthorpe, the Imps goal led a charmed life with the Iron hitting the woodwork on three occasions, City now unbeaten in three.

Oldham still pointless following Mansfield's visit which sees them go top. Sarson opened the scoring for the Stags from the spot before Knowles added a brace to the scoreline, the Latics responding from a set play.

Rotherham and Bradford picked up a point a piece following a one all draw.
